Recreation teams can register by following the instructions on the league website.

Competitive teams should refer to the Registration Resources page for registration instructions. If you do not yet have a username and password, you may request it on the site or email your request to registrar@deanzayouthsoccer.org

Registration deadlines (WITH roster and payment) vary by playing league:

Send rosters (email and US mail) and fee payments to Kathy Graham, DYSL Registrar. Email to registrar@deanzayouthsoccer.org for information on how to send.

1. All teams: Complete team roster cover sheet, which includes names and addresses of all adults and players registered with the team. Include a paper copy with your packet and also email to registrar@deanzayouthsoccer.org See link on the above website for the roster template spreadsheet.
2. All teams: Compute fees due to DYSL, and pay via one check made out to "DYSL". See Fall 2010 Registration Instructions link on website for fee structure.

CYSA-Cal Soccer League – pay per player League fee, field fees based on players’ zipcodes of residence, referee fees, CYSA-Cal Soccer League playing league fee. Deadline July 2, 2010. NOTE: U8/U9 teams minimum 10 players, U10 and above minimum 13 players. Submit all adult risk management forms, 1601 forms, birth certificates/passports, player and staff pictures as I will return goldenrod roster and CYSA-N passes. Please email registrar@deanzayouthsoccer.org if you want a CYSA registration packet, which will be made available in the pick-up drawer on my porch.

NorCal Fall League – pay per player League fee, field fees based on players’ zipcodes of residence, referee fees. Deadline August 13, 2010. Website is www.norcalpremier.com

GSSL – pay per player League fee, field fees based on players’ zipcodes of residence. Deadline July 2, 2010. Website is www.goldenstatesoccer.com Please email registrar@deanzayouthsoccer.org if you want a CYSA registration packet, which will be made available in the pick-up drawer on my porch.

Elite Clubs National League – pay per player League fee, field fees based on players’ zipcodes of residence, referee fees. Deadline August 13, 2010. Website is www.eliteclubsnationalleague.com

US Soccer Academy – pay per player League fee, field fees based on players’ zipcodes of residence. Deadline August 27, 2010.

Far West Regional League – pay per player League fee, field fees based on players’ zipcodes of residence. Deadline July 2, 2010.

Practicing Only – pay player League fee, field fees based on players’ zipcodes of residence. Deadline August 13, 2010

1. If your team plans to play two leagues – fees must include per player
   League fee, playing league fee for CYSA-Cal Soccer League if applicable, field fees based on players' zipcodes of residence and Referee Fees for both leagues if
   applicable.
2. Include documents required by your playing league that require league approval/signature.
3. For CYSA-N teams – include all adult and player registration forms with pictures and birth certificates organized according to the Fall 2010 Registration Instructions. Arrange packet as follows:
   
   1. Player registration forms in alphabetical order by last name
   2. Birth certificate/passport copies in alphabetical order by last name with photos attached via paper clip
   3. Adult forms with photos attached via paper clip.

Fee Summary:

Per player League fee: $36 (ALL PLAYERS, irrespective of playing league)

Field Fees per player, based on zipcode of residence: (ALL PLAYERS)

Referee Fees (PER TEAM, CYSA-Cal State Soccer League, GSSL, or NorCal). Pay twice if playing two leagues:

Cal State Soccer League Playing League (PER TEAM): $250

Is your team playing in the NorCal State Cup? If so, add referee fees for the NorCal State Cup home games (in addition to fall league whether CYSA and/or NorCal)
