DYSL Registration Information

Spring 2012 DYSL Registration Summary

Registration deadlines (WITH roster and payment) are per your playing league.  

Cal Soccer League (Sunday, February 26),

NorCal Premier  (Sunday, March 18),

US Soccer Academy (Sunday, March 18),

Practicing Only (Sunday, March 18).

Email kathyg3@comcast.net for US mailing address to send rosters  and fee payments.  Spreadsheet rosters must also be emailed.

1.  ALL TEAMS:  Complete team roster cover sheet, which includes names and addresses of all adults and players registered with the team.  Include a paper copy with your packet and also email to kathyg3@comcast.net    See link on the above website for the roster template spreadsheet.

2.  ALL TEAMS:  Compute fees due to DYSL, and pay via one check made out to "DYSL".  See  fee structure below.   

CYSA Cal Soccer League – pay per player League fee, field fees based on players’ zipcodes of residence, referee fees, Cal Soccer League playing league fee.   

Cal Soccer League and Coast League:  Deadline February 26, 2012 (see playing fee differential below for packets received by February 15)   

 

U8/U9/U10 teams minimum 10 players maximum 18 players

U11 and above minimum 13 players, maximum 22 players.     

Once you have submitted your spreadsheet roster and check to DYSL, I will return a blue roster for Cal Soccer Spring League play.   For any players that did not play with the team in Fall 2011 or who have not been transferred to the team,  submit 1601 forms, birth certificates/passports, and player pictures and I will return blue passes for those players only. Your team can play Cal Soccer Spring League Coast Division with a mix of white and blue passes.   For any new adults to be registered with the team, submit pictures and either completed 1628 Adult Risk Management Form or complete online adult registration.   If your team is new for Spring 2012 and will play Cal Soccer League, the complete set of 1601s, birth certificates/passports, pictures and adult registration is required.

Adult Registration for CYSA:    Adults may register via online registration rather than submitting hardcopy 1628 forms.    Hardcopy 1628 forms are still acceptable in lieu of online registration.   Go to this link:  http://www.cysanorth.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=98&Itemid=116 or go to http://www.cysanorth.org , click on "Register", then click on "Adult Online Registration".  Email your confirmation number to kathyg3@comcast.net .

 

NorCal Spring League – pay per player League fee, field fees based on players’ zipcodes of residence, referee fees.  Deadline March 18, 2012.

US Soccer Academy – pay per player League fee, field fees based on players’ zipcodes of residence.   Deadline March 18, 2012.

Practicing Only pay per player League fee, field fees based on players’ zipcodes of residence.  Deadline March 18, 2012.

3.  If your team plans to play two leagues – fees must include per player League fee, playing league fee for Cal Soccer League if applicable,  field fees based on players’ zipcodes of residence and Referee Fees for both leagues (i.e. pay 2 times referee fees for age group) if applicable.

Per player League fee:                        $20  (ALL PLAYERS, irrespective of playing league)

Player that did not play CYSA in Fall 2011: $13*  (this fee is only for teams playing Cal Soccer League in spring).

Referee Fees  (PER TEAM AND PER PLAYING LEAGUE, Cal Soccer League, NorCal, ECNL, etc):

            U8/U9/U10:                            $450

            U11/U12:                                $525

            U15/U16:                                $700

            U17/U18/U19 :                       $775

 

 

Coast League:  Cal Soccer Spring  Playing League (PER TEAM): 

 

            Teams playing 11 v 11:

                        $250 per team if packet received no later than February 15

                        $350 per team if packet received between February 16 and 26

           

            Teams playing 8 v 8:

                        $100  per team if packet received no later than February 15

                        $200  per team if packet received between February 16 and 26

 

 

*Starting with Spring 2012, In addition to regular DYSL fees as described above,  this separate player pass fee will be charged with initial team registration and whenever a player is added, whether in Fall or Spring season.  Fee is $13 per player for CYSA player pass, submitted with team registration or with player add or transfer.  Charge is once per seasonal year only, where seasonal year is Fall-Spring.    Fee is $18 U8-U19, $25 U20+ per player and $15 per staff member for US Club passes obtained through DYSL for DYSL Independent teams, paid separately through team credit card.   See De Anza Force club registrar for US Club  pass fees for Force players and staff members.
